Tony Smith

Tony grew up boating on Lake Michigan, spending summer weekends waterskiing and exploring the Great Lakes. After graduating from Purdue University as an electrical engineer, he went into boating more seriously, following his desire to cruise on the open ocean.

Tony now focuses on luxury catamarans, motor yachts, and mega yachts. As such, Tony is a regular at the Cannes and Monaco Yacht Shows.

Primarily representing VIP buyers, Tony is very skilled in helping clients define their mission and selecting the correct yacht. As a 100 Ton Master Captain and previously owning two charter yacht companies, he can advise on the pros & cons of chartering your vessel.

Ben Pearle

Ben is from the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Being landlocked in the city, he was not able to experience the boating lifestyle until he moved to Tampa, Florida for college, Ben attended the University of South Florida, graduating with honors with a degree in Business Management. During his college years, Ben worked as a lead dock master at Freedom Boat Club of Tampa Bay, a luxury, members only club. It was here that Ben discovered his passion for being on the water and the inner workings of boat maintenance.

Ben is extremely sociable and has developed a strong sense of building interpersonal relationships. Throughout high school and college, Ben mastered his passion for relating to people through various service-oriented jobs.

Combined with the business acumen he has garnered throughout his college years and his professional experience at Freedom Boat Club, Ben has truly developed a unique ability to deliver superior customer service and engage in meaningful conversations with all kinds of people – from mere acquaintances to business associates. This is likely why many members at Freedom Boat Club ask for Ben by name, as he is always ready to assist with whatever needs they may have to ensure the best possible boating experience.

A native of Boca Raton, Florida, Johnny’s early life was surrounded by the captivating allure of the ocean and the unmistakable luxury of his hometown. These formative experiences laid the foundation for his lifelong love for both the maritime world and high-end living.

With over six years of experience as a Photographer and Filmmaker, Johnny has developed an exceptional eye for capturing the beauty and luxury of high-end products and properties. Johnny’s journey in the digital marketing realm took off at a full-service agency in Boca Raton, Florida, where he honed his skills in catering to luxury clientele.

Collaborating with renowned names like Rolls Royce, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and Ferrari, he gained valuable insights into the art of crafting compelling campaigns that speak to discerning audiences. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing from Wisconsin-Stout, this educational background, coupled with his real-world experience, has enabled him to understand and leverage the power of digital marketing for luxury brands.

Growing up in Fort Lauderdale, renowned as the world’s yachting capital, Madi-Leigh was immersed in nautical culture from a young age, making her transition into the yacht industry a perfect fit.

This upbringing sparked her lifetime interest in all things nautical, and her Marketing degree from Florida State University’s College of Business has been the driving force behind her success. Madi-Leigh, the Brand Manager at Minted Yachts, offers a thorough understanding of the yachting industry to her position through numerous marketing methods and brand development.

In addition to her academic and professional accomplishments, she is an avid traveler, which has allowed her to develop a profound understanding of many cultures and global viewpoints.

This exposure and her six years of hospitality experience have improved her versatility and open-mindedness, allowing her to engage with diverse people in the luxury yacht sector.
